What Information is Collected?
When you contact BestDrivingMaps at for issues or questions related to the Services, you may, but are not required to, submit PII. BestDrivingMaps collects PII in order to enable us to respond to your issues and communicate with you more effectively. As you use our Service, we will collect other information, such as your IP Address, browser type, operating system, unique identifier number and browsing. Such information is stored and used to provide our Services, such as displaying Third-Party Materials and maintaining and improving the Site and Extension, and such information may be combined with information received from third parties.
Our Services are not intended for use by children under the age of eighteen. If BestDrivingMaps discovers that it has collected any PII from a user under eighteen, BestDrivingMaps will terminate that user’s access of the Service and any information collected will subsequently be deleted from our systems immediately.

What Rights do I have as a California Resident?
California privacy laws permit California residents to submit requests to BestDrivingMaps to (1) provide access to the information we have collected about such residents, (2) provide a summary of the categories of information we have collected or disclosed about such residents, and (3) delete certain information we have collected about such residents. We also may not discriminate against California residents for exercising their rights.
If you would like to exercise these rights, you can submit a ticket here. You must have our Extension installed in order to submit a ticket and you must provide us with information sufficient for us to verify your identity before we can begin your request. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a ticket for you by providing BestDrivingMaps with your authorization for such agent in writing. There are situations where we may be exempt from responding to your request under applicable law. We will notify you in such situations. For example, we may reject your request if we cannot locate your information because such information has already been deleted in accordance with our standard business practices or your identity could not be verified
California privacy laws also permit California residents to opt out of our activities, which may include delivery of Third-Party Materials. If you would like to exercise this right, you can submit a ticket here or uninstall our Extension. We manage your opt-out preference through cookies, so if you delete your cookies, you must submit another ticket to opt out again.
